Our house is located in the Trascau Mountains, on the Valea Morilor (The Valley of the Mills) close to the “Huda lui Papara” cave. The cave is the longest in Trascau Mountains, dug in Superior Jurassic limestone, at an altitude between 567 and 675 m. Huda lui Papara is a protected area about 4.5 ha and consists of the limestone wall in which the portal of the cave opens, as well the galleries that reach 2022m in length.
